These are basic guidelines and there are always exceptions. Ask questions and do your research before you commit money to anything. 2. Sega really failed the western market in spectacular fashion. The games that had made the Sega Genesis were almost completely missing on Saturn. The ones the Saturn did get were of much lower quality. It was a debacle of rare caliber. 3. The Saturn takes a CR2032 coin-cell battery. It typically lasts a year or two. 4. The Saturn has a few third party controllers that are solid as well. Hori makes a few decent pads and their Fighting Stick SS is a fine arcade stick once it's cleaned up and serviced. 5. If your cartridge slot works great, keep 3rd party products out of it. It'll stay that way. 6. There has been some discussion about using products like Brasso on games and systems to clean them. Like anything, the proper use of these types of products means everything. Brasso on non gold contacts is fine as long as you clean it thoroughly and remove all residual paste and/or dirt. 7. Should you want an ODE option, I have found the MODE to be the best and most compatible product for the Saturn. It simply works. 8. Some people love the NA garage case. It looks good on a shelf for sure. They still suck, however.

Revengers of Vengeance was called Battle Fantasy in Japan. Why they changed the title is beyond me. 8. Price can range incredibly depending on where you get your games and their condition. The prices in the video are of course, generalized. 2. There are many games that are close in price to these, but I needed to keep the counts to 10 per region to keep the runtime manageable. 3. I know the Japanese and North American markets much better than I know the PAL territories. Most of my PAL knowledge came much later and without the experience of being there to see it firsthand. 4. There are also some really expensive peripherals for the platform. 5. There was a rare Japanese Aiwa boombox radio that had a built in Sega Mega Drive and Mega CD that can cost $1000's today. The Tera Drive, a computer/Mega Drive hybrid, is also $1000's. 6. If you find Ebay to be a pain, look at places like Facebook and join collectors groups. There you can make deals and trade for the games you need. Sometimes with much better results. 7. Don't assume your game is legit just because it has a Sega PCB. Cheap Chinese knockoffs are obvious. The assholes truly trying to trick you, not so much.

Footage from the former. 2. Kai Magazine's Metal Dragon was good too. It's an overhead run n gun similar to Sega's Rambo First Blood Part II for the SMS. 3. There are more difficulties here to really jack up the challenge. You can really make this a hardcore survival horror. 4. The physical cart is expensive. Go the Steam route if that's too much. 5. Gameplay length appears to be 4-6 hours first play through. Not bad for a Genesis game of any era. 6. Megasoft also did Aa Harimanada, the sumo fighting game for the Japanese Mega Drive. 4. During the development of its few titles, Megasoft members were absorbed back into Sega, and its titles were wrapped up. It would not develop any further games after 1993. 5. The newly formed Santos went on to merge with a company called Yumekobo, which did Saturn Neo Geo ports like Metal Slug and and The King of Fighters 96 & 97.

The instruction manual has numerous errors. It really shows how ill-prepared Art Data was to be a publisher. 3. Be sure to try Wolfenstein 3D, Escape From Monster Manor, and Killing Time on the 3DO. Doom was not indicative of this platform's potential. 4. Rebecca Heineman did many other games in her career. She's a legend that helped found Interplay and many of its initial hits. 5. Art Data Interactive didn't last long after this. They went inactive in 1997 and then closed completely in 1999.

The CDZ can improve upon these load times by quite a lot, but it does depend on the game and situation. The later fighting games still load often and long, however. 3. The USofA was the last major market to receive the Neo geo CD. 4. The Neo Geo CD did not have any real copy protection. You can burn games all day long. 5. Game sizes are given as their original cartridge sizes just to give you an idea of what the Neo Geo CD had to work with. 6. I wanted to highlight many more of the games that are actually quite playable on the Neo Geo CD without major load times. That's why I didn't focus on a ton of the larger games. 7. I did this as if I had just been exposed to the Neo Geo CD today. In reality, I have owned a Neo Geo CD since about 2000. 5. The Neo Geo CD SD Loader retails for a bit over 100 bucks. It's a game-changer. 6. Honestly, the Neo Geo CD is still a viable entry point for the library. It's true you don't get every game, but you do get quite a few good ones nonetheless. The ability to burn your own games at no extra cost is a huge plus.

There are numerous ways to take advantage of this game's design. Since you can leave a stage at any time, there are places you can score money, leave, go back, and the money returns. 3. Ray tends to be the best character. He can take a lot of damage and with the shield, easily crushes most bosses. 4. The Japanese version of this has cheat codes that only work in that version. 5. While in development, this was called Ghostbusters II. I guess since the film was completely different and did not do as well as the first, Sega changed the title to associate it with the more popular original. 6. I played through this twice for this capture. Having not played this all the way through for 2 years, I don't mind telling you it punished me the first session on normal with no cheats. I still beat it, but I spat out all my lives and ate a ton of damage doing it. By the end, my timing was back, and I was doing a lot better. It still showed me that it has a great challenge curve. 5. You can play this a great many ways today. It's on the Genesis compilations and it is on Nintendo's Switch Online service.

I still have it and it still works to this very day. 7. The first Neo Geo home product I actually touched was a Neo Geo CD in 1996. My best bud Nathan owned it for awhile. 8. Collecting for the Neo Geo isn't just expensive, it's riddled with countless bootlegs and fake game cartridges. The Neo Geo was heavily pirated in many parts of the world and those games and boards are everywhere.
