This video shows moments of her arrival with the singers Linda de Suza and Michel Delpech. Later, Laura was presented by the host Michel Drucker, she performed live a very short sample of her hit "Self Control" just to remind the audience of the song. After that, there was a brief chat with the host, who first asked in English where was she from, to which she replied, "New York, Manhattan". The host continued speaking in French and Laura tried to understand some of his words. For an instant she looked a bit perplexed but she certainly knew some French and was able to talk a little, she said "I'm very happy to be here in Paris with you tonight.".
