Valentine: A Slasher Missing Its Teeth?

 Filmes

Happy Valentine's Day! In order to celebrate our forever loneliness and get away from the Harry Warden of it all, there was another film that covered this Hallmark Holiday. Starring Marley Shelton, David Boreanaz and Denise Richards, you can't get much more early 2000's than this. From overly censored deaths to a complete lack of nudity, there aren't many great slasher elements here. But what they do get right is pretty unexpected. So let's get into it all as we tear into 2001's Valentine.

SERIES SYNOPSIS: Ahhh the 80's. A simpler time where the blood ran red, the tits swung freely, and the weed was copiously smoked. A time where rampant killers were simply excuses for excessive sex and over the top murder. Yes, we're looking at an era where the slasher movie ran wild over cinemas everywhere. Today, we're looking at "Real Slashers."
