No title screen,end screen,bonus stages,bosses theme,boss zones,
2 player vs zones or ending theme music.
Sonic 3 & Knuckles music are all taken from act 1 only. The act 2 tracks are just usually a sped up/funky variation of act 1 and on occasion are better but overall I prefer act 1 and consider these as the true theme music.
