A Tallahassee police officer is reportedly on administrative leave after video surfaced of him flipping a suspect on his head during an arrest. Officer Shawn Wright was reportedly attempting to arrest Dalton McKnight for leaving the scene of a minor accident involving his own vehicle. When they caught up with McKnight and attempted to arrest him, Wright could be heard claiming the suspect was pulling his arms away as he was being handcuffed.
