WARNING GRAPHIC CONTENT: The Little Rock Police Department has released bodycam and dashcam footage from a May 8th shooting where police shot Michael Smith while he was trying to drive away from the scene.

The video, which was provided by LPRD, includes an account of the events by Little Rock Police Chief Keith Humphrey.
